Acceptable use policy
Version 1.0 — effective from October 30, 2026
This is a translation. If it differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Principle: consent only
RHAEM DESK exists for legitimate remote support and access. Every access requires authorization from whoever has rights over the computer. In Quick Support, the assisted person sees who is connecting and accepts or refuses; with Host, the customer must have a legal basis and inform the equipment's users.
2. Prohibited
- Accessing or trying to access computers without authorization, or keeping access after it is withdrawn.
- Running scams such as "fake technical support", asking strangers for Quick Support codes, or impersonating RHAEM, banks or other companies.
- Using the platform for financial fraud, data theft, extortion or installing malicious software.
- Monitoring people covertly or without a legal basis, including employees without the notice required by law.
- Transmitting illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or infringing third-party rights.
- Attacking, overloading or testing the infrastructure without authorization, or circumventing technical and plan limits.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without a written agreement with RHAEM.
3. Protect the people you help
RHAEM never calls or messages you asking you to install Quick Support or share a code. Only share the code with a technician you know and trust, and end the session if anything seems wrong. Download Quick Support only from the official website.
4. Enforcement
When we identify misuse, we may end sessions, suspend operators, devices or accounts, block Quick Support IDs and preserve records for the authorities as provided by law. In case of crime, we cooperate with the authorities upon a lawful request.
5. How to report
Write to abuse@rhaem.com.br with, if possible, the date and time, the Quick Support or device ID, the technician and company names shown, and what happened. Reports are handled with priority and the reporter is not identified to the reported party. Security vulnerabilities should be reported to seguranca@rhaem.com.br.
