On Windows Server, Desktop Experience is required: Server Core has no desktop, so Quick Support does not apply to it.
How Quick Support works
- Download and run Quick Support. No account needed.
- Give the technician the ID and temporary code shown.
- Check the technician's name, the company and the requested permissions, then accept or decline.
- End the session whenever you want: the authorization is revoked immediately.
