With Quick Support, nothing is transmitted before acceptance. The screen shows who is connecting, from which company and with which permissions.
End-to-end encryption
Session media travels encrypted between participants; the servers coordinate the connection without access to the content.
No administrative access to content
RHAEM administrators have no automatic access to video, audio, files or session content, and there is no hidden recording.
Strong authentication
Sign-in with email and password plus two-step verification, mandatory for administrators and sensitive operations.
Auditing
The start, permissions, changes and end of every session are recorded for the responsible company.
